Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between the client (“Investor” or “User”) and White Kapital Ventures, a company registered under License Number 68315 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“White Kapital”), which promotes the financial products and investment opportunities available through www.whitekapital.com.

All deposits, investments, and related financial products are managed and administered by Golden Sands VA Proprietary Trading L.L.C and Be Prime Group Ltd., which act as the operational entities responsible for fund allocation, trading execution, and investment management.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User grants White Kapital full authorization to decide, allocate, and reinvest the contributed funds in the financial products and markets it deems appropriate, in accordance with its internal policies and risk management framework.

2. Investment Products

a) Retirement Kapital

  • A structured investment product designed for long-term capital growth.
  • Provides monthly reward payments between the 1st and 5th of each month.
  • Includes two additional annual rewards paid in June and December.
  • Requires a 12-month minimum holding period.
  • Early withdrawal requests may be subject to penalties or reduction of accrued rewards, at the discretion of White Kapital.

b) Growing Kapital

  • Provides monthly reward payments between the 1st and 5th of each month.
  • No minimum holding period.
  • Investors may request withdrawal of capital and accumulated rewards at any time after the payment period.
  • Once claimed, rewards or capital can be withdrawn freely without restrictions.

3. Investment Policy

White Kapital reserves the right to:

  • Determine in which financial markets or products to invest the funds, including but not limited to cryptocurrency OTC operations, CFDs, and commodities.
  • Rebalance or diversify portfolios according to market dynamics and risk assessment.
  • Retain management and operational fees as stipulated under its internal management agreements.

By agreeing to these terms, the Investor authorizes White Kapital to make all investment, reinvestment, and fund reallocation decisions at its sole discretion, always aiming to achieve optimal portfolio performance under market conditions.

4. Risk Disclosure

All investments made through White Kapital involve high financial risk. The products promoted operate within volatile markets, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies, CFDs, and commodities, where market movements can result in partial or total capital loss.

Neither White Kapital Ventures, Golden Sands VA Proprietary Trading L.L.C, nor Be Prime Group Ltd. guarantee profits or capital protection. Past results or historical returns do not guarantee future performance.

Investors should carefully consider their risk tolerance before investing.

5. Limitation of Liability

White Kapital, Golden Sands VA Proprietary Trading L.L.C, and Be Prime Group Ltd. shall not be held responsible for:

  • Market fluctuations or unexpected economic events that affect returns.
  • Technical failures or delays caused by third-party systems, liquidity providers, or
    blockchain networks.
  • Force majeure events, government actions, or regulatory changes that may impact
    operations or distributions.

6. Compliance and KYC/AML

White Kapital complies with all international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

All users must complete identity verification and provide proof of funds origin prior to any investment or withdrawal. White Kapital reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet compliance requirements or exhibits suspicious activity.

7. Amendments and Account Termination

White Kapital reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any investment product with prior notice.
  • Terminate an investor’s participation in cases of fraud, breach of terms, or regulatory
    non-compliance.

All updates to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the official website and deemed effective immediately upon publication.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed and construed under international business law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the International Court of Arbitration, in accordance with its rules and procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English.

The decision of the Court shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9. Acceptance

By clicking “I accept the Terms and conditions” or proceeding with registration and investment through www.whitekapital.com, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and authorizes White Kapital Ventures to manage and invest their funds in accordance with this Agreement.
